I was supposed to be working right now for the next 4-5 hours and so I fueled with 3-4 egg whites, a bit of lean pork and half an apple. If I wasn't working for the next bit I wouldn't have had this much food to keep me going.. and I would have made it less rushed, enjoyed my time eating and digesting.
Now I just feel full and bloated and not in the mood to exercise. What an unmotivated way the day has turned and I can't seem to get myself out of the rut. How do you guys cope in instances such as this? Especially if back then you used food to make you feel better.
I am obviously not hungry but now I just want to snack on something and eat another meal, maybe for the sake of actually enjoying it.
Some advice seems needed

The only thing I can say is...kick your own @ZZ and exercise. That will make you feel better! :flowerforyou:0

Thank you - anyone else deal with scenarios like this? I think it wouldn't bother me as much if it wasn't two days in a row this has happened now. And mid-day.
When it comes to losing weight, I care about good sleep, good eating, relaxed prior to and happy exercise (not forced due to eating too much) and in general eating when I am hungry but also enough time to do so therefore I don't overeat.
I guess I pretty much sabotaged all those things today and yesterday. Not the way to start the week.
Maybe walking to a beautiful area in the city might be nice. Instead of using transportation.. mind you 10 K might do a number on my soles :P0
