Music and playlists

Hey Friends!

What are some songs or playlists that you like to listen to at the gym or while you workout? I can only workout with the distraction of music. I'd love to start a discussion where we can share new or old songs that are fun to listen to!

    when I run I like to start off with a slow song then mix them up with a fast beat then back to slow and has worked for me so what's your fav

    I create playlists using songs from Spotify's workout playlists. This way I can have songs that I like on constant rotation. I go for goofy songs like Juicy Wiggle by Renfoo.

    I use Pandora and I like the oldies- I have a few stations I like to listen to while doing weights- Bread, Carpenters, Cat Stevens- those kinds of sounds. When I do the cardio I put something on Netflix in front of me.

    When I go to the gym it seems that no matter what time, they're anyways playing my 800 Pound Life or the Kardashian's. I've gotten lucky once and caught a movie and ended up staying on the eliptical for almost 2 hours so I wouldn't miss the ending. Hahaha. I'm a big fan of upbeat indie rock.
