I recently started my diet, and my snack cabinet is filled with doritos, poptarts and every unhealthy snack you can think of. I want to get rid of all these and replace it with more nutritional options. What do you guys recommend for some healthy snacks?

Fruit, baked edamame, granola. I don't consider honey unhealthy in small amounts, so granola qualifies for me. Others might disagree, which is cool.

Rice cakes aren't really healthy, but are low-cal and very yummy (if you like them). Good for a crunch.

I love to use the white parts of the lettuce to scoop up salsa.

A few dried fruits with a few nuts is filling, but not super-healthy and not really low-cal at all.

That's about it for me and snacks.

Some of my go-to snacks are: string cheese, nuts, popcorn, protein bars, Greek yogurt, beef or turkey jerky, hard boiled eggs, fruit or veggies, hummus, wasabi peas, fudge pops, cottage cheese

Fiber one brownies with strawberries and Low carb vanilla yogurt.

I always keep salt free peanuts and plenty of celery on hand.

Celery and natural peanut butter, salsa or even hummus works for me.

I read in Men's Health that if you are working your diet and exercise plan, a cup of all natural ice cream on occasion should be o.k.
