Headbands for women

My long hair is pulled back but I'm fairly sweaty on my head and neck and face. Headbands-will they help?

I wish I could wear headbands but they just slip off of my head because the back is flat.

They're the only ones I've ever found that stay on for a whole run, don't slip and slide all around, etc.

I use mostly headsweats the ultratech version but have a couple buffs in the mix as well.

I wear a loose, over-sized t-shirt and use the material to wipe down my face now and then. Then I'll grab some paper towels after the workout. I'd bring a real towel, but then I'd have to drape it over a machine and it would be touching that. No to headbands bc I find them annoying.
