Dump the military diet idea. Where did this dietitian get their certification?
This image helped me the most when trying to get my head wrapped around the diabetic diet.

The military diet looks really...bland. It looks calorie restricted but not like a long term diet. I wouldn't be inclined to follow that either.Dump the military diet idea. Where did this dietitian get their certification?

That's interesting. My doctor prescribed a completely different plate to deal with blood sugar issues.

My, your sugars are high. When are you testing? Do you take a fasting number first thing in the morning, and two hours after you eat?

Diary is closed. Eat less carbohydrate if your blood sugar is that high. 50 grams per day perhaps.0
