How come it takes me 3 weeks to lose 2 lbs and only 2 days to put it on again? Slight overeating at weekend, but I can't have eaten that much over??? I know it's probably water weight but still a not off putting. Moan over

Water weight. No worries
Just dust yourself off and get back on the horse. Did you take measurements of your body? Dropping inches is far more rewarding than dropping pounds, imho.

Been there, done that. ..hands you the t-shirt. LOG AND WEIGH it all even on the overage days. Accept that water weight can pop up unexpectedly and continue on.0
