Weigh your ingredients?0

Yes using manual kitchen weighing scale, Google search showing. High calories than myfitnespal0

If you can't find accurate entries for the foods you are eating create your own entries using the correct information. And use the recipe builder to calculate home cooked meals.0

You need to enter each ingredient no matter what cuisine you eat. Premarin recipes are pretty inaccurate. If there are ingredients you cannot find, look them up on the USDA database and then enter them yourself.0

If the different food are made similarly log them to the best of your ability and track that way. Weight lost will happen if your body burns more calories than it needs not if you log things in with in 1% of perfection. Best of luck.0

weigh every ingredient that you put into your food before you cook it0
