mio water flavor enhancer

drinking water all day can get old. Will using mio water flavor enhancer stop weight loss?

    it will not effect your weight loss
    health-wise, some people have bad reactions to artificial sweeteners, some people are totally ok with it.

    I am not a fan of the mio ones (not a fan of the flavours). I do use the liquid crystal light ones every once in a while though. I like the ice tea one and the pink lemonade.

    In the summer i will cold brew fruit flavoured tea with no sweetener and that's a nice switch from regular water as well.

    Why would adding a zero calorie flavor to your water stop weight loss?
