Maintaining weight

Hi all...im struggling to keep weight on..im a chef on my feet 16hrs a day..i cant seem to eat enough to keep up with what im burning. ..any suggestions...im a 170cm tall 55kg and dropping between 1 and 2kg a wèek...

    Eat more calorie dense foods. Taste your food more often.

    Plan more snacks (f you can), or have a higher-calorie breakfast before you go. You could try drinking meal-replacement shakes when you get breaks too, if that would help?
