I have a PT who is absolutely fantastic at teaching me new exercises and has developed me a personalised 4 day a week, 8 week training programme consisting of 2 upper & 2 lower workouts.
I am wanting to know whether more strong 5*5 sets would enable my muscles to become more defined. any tips? My programme covers at least 1 strong 5*5 whether that be squats, deadlifts, bench press etc. Based on my height and weight I feel my diet is 90% on track - 280g carbs, 140g proteins, 70g fats.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
