Oh hi, I'm new here.

Title says it all. Looking to lose some pounds and maybe make some friends.
I guess I'd like to start off with a quick question if that's all right.
What' are some good ways to increase the protein in my diet without adding a lot of carbs and not too many calories?

Also, I lied I have a second question. Does anyone have tips on reducing carbs? I try to stay between 50-100 and I'd like to sit closer to 50 but it always drifts to around 100 sometimes more. My diet is fruits, veggies, lean-meats, beans, and non-fat dairy. I know beans have a lot of carbs but I don't really want to cut them out. I don't eat rice, bread, pasta, and potatoes anymore.
