I can't figure it out how to calculate my macronutrients if someone knows how please help me how to calculate mine thank you so much.

Isn't the standard setup by MFP good enough?

I suppose the first step would be for you to make your diary public. Then describe your statistics and your goals.

I've seen lots of people other than me reduce their carbs and increase their protein from MyFitnessPal’s current default goals distribute calories as follows: 50% from carbohydrates, 20% from protein and 30% from fat.
