Got through my first week and got through the hardest struggle the weekend .... eating healthy staying within my calories and hit the gym Saturday and Sunday. Feeling great

    Good for you, keep going. It gets easier. I have been doing it since April and if your determined it becomes a habit. Do you like to walk? It is a great and easy way to shed the lbs. constantly and evenly. What is your goal? Patti

    keep your goals in sight. and make small ones
    log everything
    and read the stickies in the forum
