Shoulder pain

Hey guys, i suffer most of the times shoulder pain when im bench pressing, i dont have it when im home tho its only most of the time when im lifting (bench pressing) should i worry about this ? Any tips ? What can i do to prevent this ? And not to be injured ; (

PS Im doing shoulder warm ups to avoid this but still.

    Search Youtube for "Rippetoe bench".
    Also, only let your elbows go to bench level, not below the bench.
    If it still hurt, you might need to see a physical therapist, sports doctor, etc. Don't work through abnormal pain.
