Hi, 63 yr old educator. Yo Yo dieter since I was in my teens. I always wanted to lose weight for my appearance but this time it is different. Had a not-so-great physical and this time it is all about my health. Also, have a closet full of really nice clothes I would like to wear again..

Nice job taking heed due to health reasons! Always the number one reason in my book. Being able to fit into your clothes again is always a great feeling. Hope meet your intended goals!0
