Anyone had issues with plantar warts before?

I have two - one on each foot (how nice and symmetrical). I started treatment for these things about 7 months ago, quite aggressive treatment in fact. So, in April of this year, I was told by the doctor I would need just a few more treatments. Those came and went. Then I got told they were almost gone in May! Went back for a follow up, they treated them again.

I got yet another treatment last Friday. Doctor said (surprise surprise) - only a few more treatments and they will be gone!

It frustrates me beyond belief because since they are on my foot (and each treatment hurts like mad), it limits what I can do for exercise. I'm sort of getting tired of them telling me they are almost gone, but continue to treat them.

I'm wondering if this clinic gets money every time someone walks in the door......
