Easy Home made granola

For anyone interested, given this a go - tastes great mixed with low fat Greek Yoghurt or skimmed milk or just on its own!
1. Add 250g oats to a bowl and add two tablespoons of Walnut oil and two table spoons of honey. Mixed well and add on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 150C (302F) for 15 mins....
2. Remove it from the oven and just mix it up a bit on the tray to make sure it cooks evenly. Add 100g mixed nuts (or anyones your like), 100g mixed seeds (flaxseed, pumpkin and sesame mix is great) on top of the oats and return to oven for 20 mins.
3. Add 50g dried cranberries for the last 10 mins (or any dried fruit you like), but not necessary. If you like it crunchy just bake for longer, but if adding the dried fruit, check that it doesn't get too hard (dried cranberries are like small rocks if left in too long!)
4. Remove from oven and store in air tight container in the fridge once its cool.

This always seems like a lot of calories, but I like the crunchy. I might try this. About how much is this measured in cups or tablespoons?0
