I love running; its the only exercise I enjoy doing that burns some serious calories. My pear shape means a lot of irritation and rubbing in my inner thighs. What is the best product to care for this skin? And to prevent it from happening? Thanks!

I use long tight shortsand that helped and if u do still get it honestly desitin (yes the baby butt cream) helps take it away!!! I know it sounds gross but also miconazole (u find it in women's "area" cream) helps as well...this on came from my pharmacist sis in law and it takes away in a few hrs!! Good luck it's the Pitts when it happens....I always used to hey it but the shorts took care of it!0

Compression shorts and solid antiperspirant/deodorant. Sounds weird but it works like a charm! Good Luck!0
