How to track weight training on here?

im doing a lot of weight training So how do i log it? i know i could create workout but then how would i know the amount of calorie burn? its been soooo long since ive used this app i cant remember

Weight training doesn't burn very many calories. I give myself 25-50 calories per half hour of lifting.0

If you don't care about the calories, on your 'exercise' tab, under 'exercise diary', enter it under 'strength training'.
You'll have to search for each exercise.
Or under 'cardiovascular', search for "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)".
That will give you calories. Still not much, but it's something.0 -
I agree with the above poster, but it is listed as "strength training" under cardio and then under the the strength training section you can list specific exercises.0

I track my workouts separately with an app called "strong". My exercise is included in my TDEE so I don't worry about the calories.0

I never log it it's my salad dressing and bbq sauce0
