    Just sipping water. Eating foods that aren't as calorie-dense, so I can eat more. For instance, I made 'ramen' with shirataki noodles tonight. With all ingredients, it was 300 calories. Total. 'Cause that is actually two portions. /has a 150cal portion in a lunchbox for tomorrow at work

    For me, just staying really busy so my mind is otherwise occupied works the best. Exercise, water, coffee, tea and/or crystal lite to name a few others.
