Making a change

Hi, I'm Dwayne and I'm a truck driver. Looking to make a lifestyle change so that I don't become another statistic. Since I started driving a truck 7 years ago I put on over 100 lbs. I've lost 31 lbs since my heaviest and looking to lose another 79. Started using a jump rope everyday since running isn't really an option with where I have to park and I lift weights twice a week. My big problem is truck stop snacks, I love salty snacks. Looking to get in shape and any help is appreciated so feel free to add me as a friend!

Congrats !! It's not easy losing weight on the road. The healthy options tend to be the most expensive. I've been on a roller coaster of weightloss myself. I use the FIT system from rolling strong instead of weights. I've found that salty snack issue also but instead of regular chips I go for the Special K chips. They are about 120 calories a bag and usually do the trick.0

Awesome job on not wanting to be a statistic. Life on the road has got to be extremely hard, but knowing that you want to make a change is the most important. If you love salty snacks, go for low calorie. If you're able to stock up at a store so you won't have to buy something easy. If you like nuts, nuts are a great substitute for salty snacks.0
