I found this article today from "Medical Daily" which suggests Harvard Health has published a letter recommending 30-50 ounces of water a day, and soups, drinks, all liquids count towards the 30-50 recommendation.

I wasn't able to read the actual harvard health letter though. Does anyone here drink more than this per day and have had recent renal checkups?
