Starting again ... Last time!

I have been in and out of eating healthy. I often try to do it with a friend, but that has never worked out. This time I am doing it for me. I am doing it to see the results that I have always wanted to see. Often times I get sucked into have a cheat meal which turns into a cheat day, cheat week, etc. Eating healthy foods and not depriving myself from anything will keep me on track!

    Good for you! You've never failed until you give up :) Nothing wrong at all with a 'cheat' meal, I think we all do it! You can always just follow it up with some extra exercise to offset the calories, that way you enjoy your 'treat' meal and get to feel good about working out!
