Hi, my name is Keith and I thought I would let you know my weekly trying for a man of 48 and would love to here your views.
Sunday 8 mile run
Monday 7 mile run
Tuesday 4 mile run or 15 hill runs with 15 minutes of insanity
Wednesday 7th le run
Thursday 4 mile run or 15 hill runs with 15 minutes of insanity
Friday rest
Saturday 11 mile run
Diet Mon to Friday
Breakfast pint of water then Porridge with water
Lunch lentil soup, banana, apple
dinner salmon with veg
Treats rich tea biscuits and couple cups of dolce gusto coffee skinny
Weekends generally eat what I like.
Anyone else my age eat and exercise as above.

Hey Keith! I noticed you don't lift weights. Why not do some strength training? I'm only 25 and I eat a tone myself! More like eggos, sirop, pizza, vegetables smoothies, chicken wings, bacon, Wendy's and blabla.... Yeah I'm monster
Also, sounds like you eat very low calories too, but sounds good overall. Are you maintaining your weight?0 -
Yes weight around 13stone mark! Never been fitter, can run approx 45minutes for a 10k.0
