Fitness buddy/motivator/accountability person.

I realized that I really can't do this on my own. I've been trying and failing. So I think if I have someone or some people who are there to cheer me on and inspire me when I lack the motivation, I might be able to go further than I have before.

I'm not really looking to lose weight. I'm 126.5 and 5 foot. I don't care so much about the numbers on the scale. But I do want to lose inches. My hips are 39 inches and I'm looking to get them down to about 36/37 inches. That might not sound like much to lose but pear shaped ladies know the struggle to lose even a single inch.

I want to lose inches and gain some muscle definition. But more than all of that, I want to create healthy, sustainable habits. That's where I struggle the most. Looking for someone who can help keep me on track.

    I'm looking to lose less than 10lbs but mostly wanting to get more fit, toned. The motivation here helps. Get great ideas too. I'll add you. Good luck!
