hello, I have been doing jillian michaels, 30 day shred and 6week6pack a day, usually one in the morning and other in the night, well today, I noticed the front of my thighs are so muscular! and stick out especially when I flex! it is not what I want! how do I slim them down? and has anyone else had this happen to them? TIA.
