You need to pick a more reasonable goal because that will be impossible. read this

Say what? You want to lose 100 pounds in 2 months? You would have to eat 0 calories and burn 5,645 calories per day to achieve that. It's literally impossible.0

@queenliz99 , thanks for the information0

If you reach for something a little more attainable then you would feel more motivated believe me0

Typical weight loss weight loss would be 1-2lb a week so 8-16lb in a few months. Wanting to lose 100lb has no chance of succeeding. Learning about weight loss, what it involves and whats possible will stand you in good stead when formulating your plan.0

@malibu927 , ya I think 8-10 kg in two months is good .. But I still thinking 45kg in 2months is absolutely impossible rite? Ya I think I must change my target..0

Yes it's impossible.
Read the threads other poster's quoted above.
Change your goals - and break your larger goal into smaller, more manageable ones. Sometimes it's harder to climb a mountain when it's presented as a few hills rather than just a large mountain.

You will be a happier person if you do it makes it so much less stressful! 8-10 kg sounds perfect and then if more just simply happens, then it's a bonus!0
