Blueberry Frozen Yogurt in Minutes

This is a great treat - especially on a summer afternoon. It's extremely filling, and it tastes great. I make mine with only two ingredients, and can make it in 5 minutes, no ice cream maker required
The only make ahead is blueberries - when they are in season, I buy lots of blueberries, wash them, and freeze them in 1/2 cup measures. I keep a bag or two in the freezer at work, and make this for lunch to avoid the junk food that finds its way into the office.
To make it, just combine these two ingredients in a bowl:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (4% tastes best)
(I don't add more, but if this isn't sweet enough for you add either a packet or two of Splenda, or 1 tsp of honey)
Mix the two ingredients well. Once the yogurt begins to freeze and blueberries are well distributed, put the bowl in the freezer for another five minutes. Take out and enjoy!
Nutritional Info: Serves 1 (makes about 1 cup), 138 calories, 6.2g Fat (3.5g saturated, 0.1g polyunsaturated, 0.1g monounsaturated, 0g trans), 20mg cholesterol, 75.5mg sodium, 16.5g carbohydrates (1.8g fiber, 13.5g sugar), 5.1g protein
