Woozy feeling in my head?

Any suggestions why my head feels like the after math of a good buzz (the coming down part) after doing a 30 minute kickboxing video? I'm thinking maybe too much or not enough oxygen to the brain.

I use to have this a lot, I realized it was because I was holding my breath a lot without even realizing it, now I try to focus on keeping my breathing in check... I'm not saying you hold your breath, but definitely regulating your breathing helps0

When you bend down (squats, stretches, etc), make sure to move slow and take care to make your head the last thing that comes up. Standing up too quickly can cause a blood rush that leaves you light headed. Make sure you're getting enough water and that you're not locking your knees when you stand (keep them slightly flexed to prevent cutting off blood flow and making you light headed). As the previous poster said, watch your breathing. It's easy to find yourself holding your breath, particularly when you're struggling to get those last few reps in. Breathe through the exercise and then breathe through the stretches.0

I NEVER thought that I was holding my breath, but that makes a lot of sense. My dance instructor noticed I did that when we would do the waltz. And someone else made note of my water intake.
Great advice! Thanks so much. I will absolutely keep an eye on these factors.0 -
I often get dizzy while working out and I've figured out it's usually 1 of 3 things for me.... dehydration, no preworkout snack, and my breathing. The breathing is the biggest issue, I hold my breath A LOT and I have to work on that.0

My work out is usually at night, well after dinner; so I have food in me. I up'd my water intake yesterday and consentrated more on my breathing through the excersizes. I still got mildly woozy in the head, but it wasn't as severe as it as been. I'm going to keep upping the water intake, and keep an observant eye on the progress.
Thanks again everyone!0
