Adding... I am aiming for 1800 calories per day, to start. I will adjust depending on how supply/loss goes. I am more concerned about supply and toning than loss and will hold onto the extra pounds until I wean at 1 y/o, if that's what it takes (hoping it doesn't!).0

Hi. I'm nursing a 6 month old baby boy right now and I have set my calories to just under 2000 (it's rare I don't have lots left over). First weigh in tomorrow. So we will see if my intake is sufficient to lose weight ( I figure I must have been eatin a lot more than 2000 a day to need to lose 50-70 lbs). My milk supply has been great.
Best of luck to all you mommas!0 -
Hey mamas! I'm on baby #3-- I've been successful with weight loss two times before but always falling 20 pounds short of my pre-mommy poundage. I have a 7 week old and also do a billion other things so I'm feeling the time crunch. I need to focus in better nutrition. Please add me! ^.^0
