Day 3, so far successful but I am so grumpy! I am eating enough to feel full and within my calories - 40%,30%,30% carbs, protein fat... I feel so unsatisfied and miss my wine!!! Goal is 10-15 pounds.

    Up your protein a bit and make room in your allotment for a glass of wine.

    On days I feel the hangry grump coming on or if I know it will be a busy day, I log in advance so that my meals and treats are planned. Give it a go.
