I don't get here very often, but I post what I eat every day because it is a natural part of my continuing taking care of me. My time is so limited because I am a walkaholic! I walk 4 hours every morning! And that is for starters. I stay pretty active throughout my day! :)

But know that I am doing very well. Still maintaining my 130 lb weight loss with no problems! It has been a year and 3 months now! B)

Hope you are all well and hope at least some of you see this. I never can remember where to post. :p
