hello, why when I put in my weight lifting workout no calories loss appears?

Only workouts logged as cardio will give you exercise calories on MFP. Under "cardio" search for "strength training."
It is very hard to get an accurate guess of calories burned while weight lifting, because while the actual workout doesn't burn that much, there is an afterburn effect (you keep burning calories even after the workout) that is pretty much impossible to measure. Use the MFP estimate as a staring point, but take it with a grain of salt - all things considered, you may be burning significantly more or less than MFP estimates.0
