I am a member of the National Guard. While in basic training I was met with a tragic injury however I pushed through it. When I returned from completing training I was told to stay off my knee for at least 6-8 months with no extra aggressive activity. I didn't listen and tore my ACL and was forced into crutches for quite a while which is when I gained most of my weight. I am a whopping 203 and can't fit my uniform. I am currently motivated to lose all that weight again. With a healthy knee I'm ready to get back in shape and become the beast I know I can be.

Hi there, Willough! I know how much it sux to have a knee injury. I suffered one in my early 20s, it kept me laid up for 2 months, and I am going to have issues with it probably for the rest of my life according to my doctor. I would be more than happy to friend you and share in your journey to a healthier you! You seem pretty motivated, I need to surround myself with people that are pumped to keep myself from losing my enthusiasm as well0

I love to jog and nance and still need to not over do it. I lost 12 lbs on my new way of life. Changed my diet and it's going well, I'd be glad to be of help tootivate ya! Just return the favor
I don't have much support at home so it would be nice to have that.
