in Getting Started
just stared gluten free due to non celiac gluten sensitivity. This is all new to me. Would love to follow people on the same journey. I'm a mom of 2 little ones.

    Welcome. :) You might want to check out celiac.com forums. Lots of products and recipes discussed over there.

    Have you have your little ones checked too. If not, and they are continuing to eat gluten, they should be checked every 2 years because they'll be at a higher risk of developing celiac - somewhere between 1 in 10 and 1 in 22.
