What should mine be set to? Does everyone only pay attention to calories or should we look at Carbs, Sugars, Fiber etc. It list 150 g carbs per day which seems like a lot?

    Protein, carbs, fat and fiber for me. I don't pay much attention to sugar, as I have no medical reason to. You can go in and adjust your macros based on your goals.

    Depends on your goals. For me, I try to have 250ish carbs, 160g protein, and 50-75g of fat. I should also add I'm maintaining and not losing though. If I was losing, it'd prob be half that.

    I try to hit minimums for protein, fibre, iron, and calcium, stay under my calorie limit, and let the rest take care of itself.

    I don't worry about carbs and fat as long as my protein is covered and my calories are under target, because I know I won't go too low on either accidentally (love my fruit and nuts too much
