Hello I just started using this app and i am happy with it, but I am looking for some tips on losing body fat. I am not necessarily fat, but i am 30% body fat and am looking to decrease to around 15-10-5 percent range. I am decreasing my calorie intake to 1500-2000 calories a day and have given up alot of junk food. Any help?

No. Eat fewer calories and lift.0 -
5% body fat?
Maybe aim for 20% for now.
But yeah like others said, eat protein, lift weights. So your weightloss is more fat loss rather than muscle loss.0 -
First, track everything you consume that has calories.. Second calculate your BMR (basal metabolic rate, which is calories burned at rest), then calculate TDEE (total daily energy expenditure calories)... To lose fat reduce calories to 500 below TDEE... nothing fancy, no magic pill, just calories in less than calories out..
You can manipulate the deficit by Cardio, exercise etc. Highly recommend lifting weights, (heavier the better), as muscle mass helps burn fat.. gl0 -
