Starting over

Hello. I had done great for a while but now I need to start over. I have 150 pounds to lose. Feel depressed...

    Add me as a friend and I'll do my best to help you out. I also had to start over. I was a about 10 pounds away from my goal weight when I got derailed by surgeries. I gained most of what I lost back. Now I am once again back down to 10 away from goal. You can do this!
