Am I the only one that eats after work and I get off at midnight? I know your not suppose to eat late but with a stressful work environment that's nearly impossible. Anybody have some advice? Or is it one hundred percent will power?

Just have a small dinner with low in carbs. I recommend Chiken or eggs. I lost 10lbs because of this. c: You can do it!

I eat late all the time. Hasn't been a problem for weight loss. Are you sure the time you eat is a problem for your weight loss?

Doesn't matter when you eat, all that matters is your calories. I always have some fruit or chocolate before I go to bed, hasn't stopped me losing weight.

there's nothing wrong with eating late, it wont stop you losing weight if you're in a deficit overall for the day.

You don't need to worry what time you eat.

Your body burns energy whether you're awake or asleep.

People who fly across the world don't suddenly have to eat at their home dinner time. :)

The whole you shouldn't eat after X time is *kitten*, unless you are a top tier bodybuilder than maybe. My advice would be to not worry about things that you can't control. Eat under maintenance and you will loss weight. By the way is that a pitbull?

Yep, the 'no eating late' thing is a myth. The only difference i have found is, where as i usually eat quite light in the evenings, and quite early and weigh myself every morning, if i have a heavy meal, especially late, i will probably be heavier on the scale the next morning even if i'm under my calories. But i know that is not actually a weight gain.

    Do what feels right. :)
I never feel like eating in the morning and often skip lunch too. I eat a dinner when I get home and a snack before bed.
The only actual issue about eating late at night is that some for some people, food interferes with their sleeping.
