Good morning all!

My name is Joanne, and I am hoping to lose 33 lbs on this healthy journey. I'm hoping to incorporate a good balanced diet while maintaining my micronutrient goals. I'm hoping to feel more comfortable with weight training.

I am 5'2" and my current weight is 153.8; I am hoping to weigh in at 125-130 for now. Like most girls, I am wanting to lose the extra jiggle and be more toned.

If anyone would like to be friends, that would be great. If anyone wants to give me a few pointers or even help with this app, that would hecka awesome.
