Are there any women who have had this problem and fixed it without getting surgery? I have had 2 children and have diastasis recti which gives me a bulging belly all the time the only time its somewhat flat is if I really suck in my tummy. What are some things you have done to correct this problem?

You can do physiotherapy guided exercise, or have surgery, or live with it. That's pretty much the extent of the treatment options.0

Hey tar0809! I developed diastasis recti during my 2nd pregnancy. Didn't realize it until several months post partum and I had been doing lots of crunches, which just makes it worse :-( The two most well known programs to help close the gap are The Tupler Technique and The MuTu System. After doing some research online and reading tons of reviews, I chose MuTu because it actually helps you to strengthen your core instead of just closing the gap. If you have any questions about it, please let me know.0
