Losing weight and keeping it off for good!

Hi

My name is Julie- Im 36 year old mother who has lost and gained weight pretty much all my life. My goal is to do this right so I can lose these excess pounds and then keep it off for good this time. I would like to become friends with people who are committed to losing weight and also who can be supportive on the journey. Lets do this!

    I've been up and down too, 240 lbs at my highest. I erased everything from my mind about food and started over, helping me change my food lifestyle. Within 5 months symptoms of a health issue subsided (the main reason for the change) and I lost 50 pounds in the process. That was a little over 2 years ago, still no major symptoms, and still I'm 190 lbs. Healthy food, healthy body. Good luck.
