Losing Motivation

I have been trying to lose weight for months now, eating less, drinking less, being more active, and I feel like nothing is working. I feel so defeated. I had a baby a year ago and am still trying to lose this baby weight but it feels like no matter what I do, my weight stays the same.
Has anyone else gone through this? Any suggestions?

Make some small, substantive changes and track them. Instead of being more active, keep track of your activity and aim for a healthy number of minutes spent exercising. You can still be more active in general, but if you commit to 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week, do it and log it. Don't just eat and drink less. Set a reasonable calorie goal and log it.0
