Motivation

I'm Jay currently at 184 trying to loose 40lbs , my thing is I will eat right n workout 3 times a week , eat horrible on the weekend, I'm just not consistent!!!

    You have to plan your weekends ahead of time.Have your fiid prepped for the weekend so you dont fall off...we weigh about the same but I only want to lose 20lbs.feel free to add me
