Fish/seafood dishes

Hi guys I'm eating mostly fish and veg on my diet but I'm looking to spice it up and try something new with fish/seafood does anyone have any suggestions on either different ways to cook the fish or side dishes to have with the fish..

I love me some spicy ceviche. Raw shrimp, cod, or catfish cut into bite - sized pieces and then marinated in lime juice, garlic, serrano peppers, onion, and cilantro for several hours. I eat as is, scoop some on top of a bed of lettuce for a salad, or dip with baked tortilla chips!0

It tastes so fancy but is super simple. I just pan sear the fish instead of broiling, and use any white fish I have on hand.0 -
