I am starting my journey here with a lot of weight to lose. I am a bit reluctant and more angry with myself for letting myself get this far out of control. A few years back I lost about 100 pounds and maintained that loss for almost 2 years. I became pregnant and my husband would constantly say I wasn't eating enough, and I gained 50 pounds, after I gave birth, I still continued to eat the same, and ended up having to have 3 other surgeries within a couple months so I wasnt able to get up and really do a whole lot of anything. I have gained a total of 100 pounds and absolutely hate myself. Any words of wisdom or suggestions for meals, or exercises I can do with a 2 year old running around? I would be very grateful.

Hey! I'm new to this as well, but my goal is to gain weight. I have a two boys, 4 and 5. When we use to live in Texas, I lived to run... And I bought a double jogging stroller and went for runs. My boys enjoyed it and would always say faster momma, faster. Hahaha.. I still love to run but now that they are older, I run while they ride their bikes along side me. It's fun for the three of us.. They ask questions and it's fun to kind of teach them things about a healthy lifestyle.. They don't really workout or anything, just eating healthy mostly.. I do crunches and lunges and sit-ups at home as well. There is a 21 day fix program a lot of my friends trying to lose weight are really into and have had some amazing outcomes.. Good luck to you on your journey. Keep your head up.0

My advice, get your diet under way before adding exercise. One step at a time. You don't need "diet plans" or pricey Tupperware to lose weight. Just log your regular foods. Then tweak, and then tweak some more. Don't try to change everything at once, it get's overwhelming.
Logging portions is eye opening. There are foods you currently eat that are great. There are foods you currently eat that are not so great. Lifestyle changes for me. I've lost and regained too. No more "plans" or gimmicks. Just "normal food"....BUT normal portions now.
Exercise - I started with Leslie Sansone Walk At Home. These are low impact. You can do these while your baby naps. Find these on YouTube or at Wal-Mart, Target, etc. Jessica Smith TV has walking workouts too.
Good luck! You can do this!0
