So I'm starting my journey, 1300 calories a day with a 30 min cardio workouts 5 days a week different everyday thanks to fitness blender. I have been thinking of buying a portable stepper an jump on for 30-45 min while my son naps in addition to the 30 min work outs. Has anyone used this and see improvement? I want to lose about 100 lbs I'm 5"8-5"9 and weight 250.
