Interval Training: How do you do yours??

Hi Everybody,
Just posting this thread to ask all you Interval Training junkies out there how you prefer to go about doing your workouts? What exercises do you mix together and whats your favorite? How long do you spend on each interval? Do you mix it up each time you train? Do you mix cardio and resistance stuff??
I'm partial to a bit of a Cardio and Resistance mix, some ones I like are:
Skipping 1 minute
8 medicine ball slams
Skipping 1 minute
8 burpees
repeat 5 times, 45 seconds rest
Pushups x 30 seconds
Shadowbox x 30 seconds
Body Rows (suspension trainer) x 30 seconds
Shadowbox x 30 seconds
Repeat 3 times, 30 seconds rest
Hill Sprints: run up hill, walk back down and repeat.
Post up yours if you do any good ones.
