    * Being with family today.
    * My daughter-in-law rushing into the kitchen, saying to me, "Don't eat that!" as I reached for a cookie-looking thingy I really didn't want. "Save your sugar for the cheese cake!" She's so sweet and caring!
    * My son, grinning as I handed him the DNA test I'd bought for him.
    * My daughter, when I asked her how many years it'd been since she was declared cancer-free.
    * A young man, a new groom to the family, who caught me as I was leaving and gave me a big hug.
    * My first grandson's lady-friend he has been going with for about 2 years now. She smiled so sweetly as I warned him that she "belonged" to the whole family now, so he'd better stay nice to her. He grinned.
    * My whole family! I am SO FORTUNATE!

    Ok it was at a friend's office and he had volunteered to help out with some testing of stuff they are developing and he's been there before and my friend was sitting there with us so not like he was going off with a stranger

    So trying to leave the house this afternoon. Tiny terror is packed and ready to go. Heading out the door, turn to lock the door, and he runs and jumps in his pool... Fully clothed. At first I was pissed, but then I just laughed my head off. Back to step 1.
