Anyone in the military that can give me advice on what to do to be prepared for bootcamp?

Running, pushups, situps. Early and often. Train to be able to do a 5k, so that 1.5 mile run will seem easier. If you can pass the PT test by the time you get there, you will get less extra attention.0

Check out the USAF Fitness Test requirements for females under 30. If you can manage to score over 75 points before basic training, that's a really good place to start. The run is 1.5 miles, timed.0
